Don't feel bad darlin. The medical side of things over here isn't so great for me either. I'd have to say that basically, just keeping in with the medications is the best that you can do, and probably dig into stuff that has good amounts of antioxidants. Ooo, and take up some kind of stress relieving activity, like yoga ^.^. Di's stress levels are through the roof and it doesn't help her high BP, or vertigo, or muscles apparently, but she's lucky because she's got a personal masseuse at her beck and call *cough* LOL.
