WEAK

when you look at me,
what do you see?
because when I look at you,
I see my whole world
when life is crazy
when life gets turned upside down
you just kiss my lips,
stroke my sides with your fingertips
and tell me I'll make it through,
that I'm strong
but it's completely untrue
I am weak
the weakest person you'll ever find
you just look at me and I melt
if you ever called me in the middle of the night,
and you needed me
you needed me to be with you
I would race to your side
I would cuddle you close
and dry your eyes
I would be strong for you,
even though I'm weak
because you mean that much to me
you are my everything
you make me complete
because of you, life makes sense
you may see me as strong
but when it comes to you,
I'm weak
