Hey dear... I am not trying to start a conflict whatsoever I just want to say that I feel horribly about asking you to vote. I mean I wasn't trying to pressure you it was just that today is the last day so I was trying to make sure all of my friends voted or not. It's all good either way. I didn't mean to overstep any boundaries or hurt your feelings. That being said, I must tell you that I've gotten a lot of awful words thrown at me about the Hancest thing. I have said numerous times how much I really think Hancest authors are great writers and storytellers and I have tried reading Hancest myself, but I just cannot support it. It is morally wrong to me. I'm not going to preach or anything bc you write what you love and I'm not ever going to judge you for writing it. I think you're awesome, you're my friend and I respect you. It's just not my preference. I do hope to one day host an awards including all genres as I had no idea Hancest authors would care so much about our stupid little awards that was all in good fun. We never meant to hurt anyones feelings we just figured most of the Hancest authors didn't read our hetfic and I know most of us don't read Hancest so it would go back to what you said, "I don't think I've even read any of the fic that was nominated." See what I'm saying? Next time though I'll try to make it more fair or if you'd ever want to host a Hancest only awards, I'd totally let you do it on my site. ;-)
