Tonight I found out where it was from: Gilmore Girls. It was after Luke and Loralie's reconciliation after the grandparents' wedding. This is how it went...
Luke: Welcome back.
Loralie: Its good to be back.
Luke: You want some coffee?
Loralie: Say that slower with your pants off.
I really can't tell you how delighted that made me. And srsly, I'm more than likely going to steal that icon. And don't worry, I'll credit you if I do.
