Merry Christmas Baby, sure do treat me nice.....

I only have to go to my grandma's house once for Christmas!

Hmmm, maybe I should explain that. My aunt and uncle have everyother Thanksgiving and Christmas with us. When we have Thanksgiving with them, that Christmas they go to my aunt's in-laws' for Christmas. And when they go to her in-laws' for Thanksgiving, we get them for Christmas that year. And always on the year we don't have Christmas with them, we get together at New Year's for a second Christmas.

This year we had Thanksgiving with them. But the way their plans are this year, they'll be getting to my grandma's on Christmas Day after seeing the in-laws (i think). My mom and I are going to my grandma's on Christmas Eve and then we are leaving on Christmas Day b/c my mom has to work the 26th. So we thought that it was just going to be my mom, my grandma and me on Christmas and then New Year's it'd be my mom, myself, my grandma, aunt, uncle and their two kids. But I'm so lucky b/c now we only have to go to Maine once on a year when we'd normally have to go twice. This rocks. It just means we might have to stay a little later on Christmas Day to wait for Claudia, Brian, Eliza and Tanner to get there. But it's all good.

Christmas is going to be good this year. :D
