My mom found a condo on the intraweb that she really likes and wants to buy. She actually went to look at it yesterday without telling me. Sly. She thinks it's pretty nice. It just needs some paint, new carpet and the closet doors need to be fixed. But apparently other than that, it's pretty perfect. Plus we can keep Logan. The realator doesn't know the exact policy on pets, but other people have cats. Also, we can do whatever we want on the inside b/c we'll own the place. But there's a condo association you have to go thru for other stuff. What's really cool is that it's handicap accessable so the bathroom is big and all the doorways are at least 36 inches wide. Now all we really have to do is qualify for financing. Its CATCH housing so its income based. Hopefully we'll get it. Its not far from here so that's cool. But I don't know what I'll do about Thursday Night Dinners, its kinda far to walk. Especially in the dark.
