To sign up or not to sign up, that is the question

In your opinion, is it worth it to sign up for something like Facebook b/c of a guy?

There's this guy I know who has a Facebook, but I have a myspace and I was just wondering if it's worth having both just for the purpose of maybe interacting more with him?

That leads to: last night was the third night in a row I've dreamed about him. Which usually means I'll be seeing him soon. But it could just be I'm dreaming of him b/c I know I'm going to see him b/c it's Christmas. Pshhh. I dunno. Whatever. Actually, one of the dreams had myspace in it.

I have accounts on both, and I personally like Facebook about a millionbajillion times better than I do MySpace.... I probably login to Facebook 10 times for every 1 that I login to MySpace.

It's hard to say that creating a Facebook account is going to be worth it to you (or anybody else) though... because honestly, whether it's valuable or not to you is really going to depend on whether you already have friends belonging to the site.

In my case, I have accounts on both. For the most part, the people I interact with the most are on Facebook exclusively or if they're on both are more active on Facebook than MySpace.... but that being the case, I do have friends on MySpace who are only on MySpace and even though I don't go there as frequently, it's useful to have an account to interact with these folks. So all in all, I think there's at least some value to having both.

I like your opinion. You made some good points. I know a couple people that have Facebook accounts (like you & my favorite local band), and there's always finding out after you sign up if more people you know have accounts. Plus, there's the whole LJ connects with Facebook thing now. That would totally come in handy.

I may be leaning towards getting an account.

p.s. it's okay to ramble. I do it more than you'd think. XD
