He's so tiny and cute! Congratulations. Is this your first experience with being an aunt? It's incredible isn't it? How's he doing by the way?

Andrew is my second nephew and I also have a niece. But that's all really complicated.

Teeny Tiny Andrew had to eventually be put on a respirator and he lost 6 oz in the first 36 hours of life. But he's doing okay. He has no other health problems. Things are looking good. :)
